We need your help!  Your donations and your volunteer time are vital to the Gala's success.  

Please consider volunteering your time now during the planning phase, or during the event. 

Sign-up NOW to help at the event!  We need many many volunteers to make the night successful.  There are plenty of opportunities to help, with both set-up and take-down as well as tending bar, running games, selling beverage tickets, registration/check-out, etc.  Please consider volunteering, it's not only a great way to give back to the school, but an opportunity to meet people and be part of this community.

Note: School parents volunteering will have their hours counted.

We are requesting item / service donations for our live and silent auctions.  Please network with alumni, your employer, friends, and family for auction items.  This could include tickets, interactive classes, food items, games, sports equipment, toys, books, anything! 

Do you have a cabin or condo package you would be willing to donate for a weekend, or sports or theater tickets? Or perhaps you provide a service you could donate? If so, please contact our Parents Helping Teachers (PHT) organization at pht@srsmn.org.

You can also donate an item or basket to our silent auction.  In the past we have received hand crafted items, or baskets with a theme of some sort, such as sports, pets, baby, crafts, or a movie night.  These are just a few ideas - be creative!  We ask that any items be new.

Please have all donated items / baskets in to the school or church office by April 17, one week before the Gala.  Please provide the approximate value, and your contact information with the item/basket in case we have questions.

If your item can not be turned in by the deadline, such as if it is perishable, please contact PHT so we can plan for it.
